Need to come back? Add a return date, time and meeting point to the request. A return journey or waiting time is included only when listed in your confirmed quote.

Before departure
Include the Cancún arrival terminal, flight details and a contact number reachable after landing. Review the meeting instructions before you travel.
When you arrive
Give the resort name, address and lobby or gate. If your accommodation has several buildings, say where you need to arrive rather than using the Hotel Zone as the only destination.
Room for your group
A sedan may suit a smaller group with lighter bags. Compare the class allowances and mention large suitcases, mobility equipment or child-seat requests before a vehicle is proposed.

Vehicle and luggage
Check the proposed class, passenger count, suitcase allowance and any special equipment. Exact makes and models are confirmed with the quote.
Meeting arrangements
Review the pickup location, drop-off address and contact details. Keep the agreed instructions available on the travel day.
Time and return plans
Make sure the outward date and pickup time are right. A return, an extra stop or driver waiting time should be listed separately when requested.
Price and inclusions
Read the quote before confirming. Attraction tickets, guiding and activities are separate unless an operator explicitly includes them.
