Sending a form is an inquiry and does not reserve a vehicle or confirm a ride. The operator must review the route, date, passenger and luggage information and provide written confirmation.
Quotes and inclusions
Your confirmed quote should identify the route, vehicle class, currency, inclusions, extra charges and any waiting or return arrangements. Admission, guiding and activities are separate unless expressly included.
Changes and cancellations
The operator’s confirmed terms govern payment, changes, cancellations and waiting time. Ask for those terms before confirming the journey. This template does not impose a universal deposit or refund policy.
