Meeting your driver
Your meeting point is agreed in the confirmation. For airport arrivals, include the flight and terminal. For accommodation pickups, provide the full address and any access instructions. Keep your contact phone available on the day.
The way back
Need to come back? Add a return date, time and meeting point to the request. A return journey or waiting time is included only when listed in your confirmed quote.
BEFORE THE ROAD AHEAD
The small details, considered.
Before departure
Include BJX arrival details, your contact number and the Guanajuato accommodation address. Share your host’s guidance for reaching the property.
When you arrive
Central lanes may not allow a vehicle to reach the door. Agree a suitable drop-off and mention any steps or final walking distance that your group needs to consider.
Room for your group
Choose a class around passengers and luggage together. If a final walk is involved, let us know about large bags or mobility equipment when requesting the journey.
Know what you are confirming.
Vehicle and luggage
Check the proposed class, passenger count, suitcase allowance and any special equipment. Exact makes and models are confirmed with the quote.
Meeting arrangements
Review the pickup location, drop-off address and contact details. Keep the agreed instructions available on the travel day.
Time and return plans
Make sure the outward date and pickup time are right. A return, an extra stop or driver waiting time should be listed separately when requested.
Price and inclusions
Read the quote before confirming. Attraction tickets, guiding and activities are separate unless an operator explicitly includes them.
Sending a request starts a conversation. Your journey is confirmed only after you accept the arrangements provided by the operator.
