Travel planning

Room for everyone, and their luggage

How to choose a vehicle class for a shared journey through Mexico.

Three sizes of suitcase ready for a journey

The most comfortable vehicle is the one that fits your party and everything traveling with it. Start with passengers and bags together rather than choosing a car by its photograph.

Count seats before choosing a class

Include adults and children in the passenger total. Tell the operator if a child seat is needed. The fleet page gives sample capacities for a sedan, family van and group minibus, while your confirmation identifies the actual vehicle class.

Describe the bags

A cabin case and a large checked suitcase take different amounts of space. Add the count and approximate size, then mention pushchairs, mobility equipment or sporting luggage separately.

Think about the journey

A short airport ride and a longer transfer between stays can have different needs. If you want a planned stop, extra boarding time or a specific accessibility arrangement, include it in the original request.

Check the final details

Vehicle preference is subject to confirmation. Review passenger and luggage allowances with the quote, and contact the operator before travel if the group or luggage changes.
