The first part of a holiday often happens between the terminal and your hotel. A little preparation makes that journey easier to arrange, especially when you are landing somewhere new.
Start with the right airport
Use the airport code on your ticket, not just the destination city. Mexico City and the Riviera Maya each have more than one airport serving the wider region. Add the arrival terminal and flight number to your request.
Give the full destination
A resort name or neighborhood is a useful start, but the full address is better. Include the correct hotel entrance, building name or instructions from your host. If central streets are restricted, agree on a nearby meeting point.
Plan for the whole party
Count every passenger, including children, and describe your bags. A pushchair, surfboard or large case can change the vehicle you need. Include child-seat or accessibility requests before you accept the quote.
Keep the confirmation handy
Save the meeting point, operator contact and waiting arrangements before you fly. If your flight or destination changes, use the contact shown in that confirmation. A submitted form alone is not a confirmed ride.
